Black Forest Cake: J. Noto makes this cake with either black cherries (traditional) or strawberries. The devils food layers can be soaked in either rum flavor or chocolate sauce. The cake stands four layers tall with three layers of fruit between each layer. The cake is then frosted with Whipped Crème, decorated, and garnished with maraschino cherries and chocolate shavings.

Carrot Cake: This old-fashioned cake, which is enjoyed by many, can be made with your choice of either toasted pecans or English walnuts. Raisins can also be added. The cake is iced with J. Noto’s own rich crème frosting. The finished product is four layers tall just like grandma used to make.

Chocolate Raspberry Torte: Devil's Food cake soaked in chocolate sauce with Raspberry filling, and topped with a Whipped Cream icing and chocolate shavings. Standing over 5" tall, this cake is for all chocolate lovers. (Strawberry filling can be substituted)

Chocolate Suicide Cake: This cake is to die for. Just as the cake is removed, piping hot from the oven, the layers are cut in half and chocolate sauce, which is made exclusively by J. Noto’s, is poured over each layer. An 8” layer cake, for example, has one pound of chocolate truffle filling between each of the four layers for a total of three pounds of filling. The cake is then iced with chocolate butter crème icing, coated with small milk chocolate chips, decorated, and topped with chocolate shavings.

Chocolate Turtle Cake: If you like chocolate turtles, then you’ll enjoy this delectable! J. Noto soaks the four layers in a savory chocolate sauce. One half pound of soft caramel and one half pound of chocolate truffle filling is added between each layer. The cake is iced with chocolate butter crème icing, coated with toasted pecans, decorated , and topped with chocolate shavings and pecans. An 8” cake, for example, has three pounds of filling.

Flourless Mocha Torte: If you are in the mood for something rich, this decadence is made with a coffee flavor. It is then glazed with a rich, chocolaty fondant and trimmed with a chocolate butter creme icing.

German Chocolate Cake: If you like coconut and pecans mixed with chocolate, then this will be your favorite. This cake stands over 5” tall. Four layers of chocolate cake and homemade filling are placed between each layer with filling on the top. The cake is iced with chocolate butter crème icing, decorated, and the top is garnished with maraschino cherries and chocolate shavings.

Italian Creme Cake (Cassata): Made from Grandma Noto’s recipe, this cake can be made with your choice of either Italian Custard or Ricotta. Italian custard is a sweet, white custard. Ricotta is a sweetened cheese filling flavored with almond. Sides of the cake can be coated with your choice of chocolate chips, toasted almonds, or toasted pecans. With four layers of your choice of either white or yellow cake, and four layers of crème, this cake is much taller than what is made at most bakeries.

Red Velvet Cake: Iced with Cream Cheese icing this cake is a southern treat all.

Split Strawberry (Fresh): Fresh Strawberries with your choice of cake and whipped creme icing.

Split Raspberry (Fresh): Fresh Raspberries with your choice of cake and whipped creme icing.

Tiramisu: The Noto family has traveled several times to Italy and tasted many different flavors of tiramisu. Our customers choose which flavor is used in the sponge cake. Your choices of flavors are Frangelica (hazelnut), Irish Crème, Kahlua, or chocolate. Each layer of sponge cake is soaked in a combination of espresso, cream, and one of the above flavors. Three layers of sponge cake are used. Between each layer is a layer of J. Noto’s own Marzkiponi filling. Whipped crème is added to the top and bottom border. The top is dusted with cocoa and covered with chocolate shavings.
